Moment of Zen was created to educate people that everything within us and around us is connected. To find harmony in all things, we first need to create balance in ourselves. Massage assists in that for both the body and the mind.

Lisa Zumbusch, LMT owner and therapist at Moment of Zen has an educational background in therapeutic massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Shiatsu therapy. By viewing the person and body as a whole, not just parts that sometimes malfunction, she helps find the root of an issue while working on its branches. She provides information to her clients on ways to take care of themselves, allowing for more moments of zen.
